Please note that Antojitos are cooked on the plancha grill. plated straight-away when cooked, and the dressings of cold cream, cheese, salsa, lettuce, etc. are then added immediately, at which point the food is then served i.e., we do not keep any food warm but it is served straight from the chef to the customer. This is the traditional Mexican way but results in the food appearing only semi-hot because of the cold additions of cream, lettuce, etc.. This is normal in Mexico but appears strange to some English palates - however, please understand that the food has not gone cold and does not need re-heating. If you feel that you cannot be comfortable with this and must have piping hot food, then please choose your main meal from the Main Courses or Chef's Specials sections.
